Lynes’s Cisticola

Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical high-altitude grassland. Lynes's cisticola is sometimes considered as a subspecies species of the wailing cisticola (Cisticola lais). The vernacular name commemorates the amateur ornithologist Rear Admiral Hubert Lynes.
