Alcaudón real

Es un pájaro con pico ganchudo y garras fuertes. Estas dos letales armas hacen posible una alimentación variada, formada mayoritariamente por insectos (langostas, escarabajos...). También la constituyen los micromamíferos, pajarillos, lagartijas y, en menor medida, pequeñas culebras.
