Francolinus leucoscepus) es una especie de ave galliforme de la familia Phasianidae propia de África oriental. Se encuentra en Yibuti, Eritrea, Etiopía, Kenia, Somalia, Sudán del Sur, Sudán, Tanzania y Uganda. No se reconocen subespecies.
