Suimanga cingalés

Como los demás suimangas es un pájaro de pequeño tamaño que se alimenta principalmente de néctar, aunque también caza insectos, especialmente cuando cría a sus polluelos. Los machos son de coloridos y brillantes mientras que las hembras son más apagadas, de tonos oliváceos en las partes superiores y amarillentos en las inferiores. Construye nidos colgantes hechos con material vegetal, telas de araña y líquenes.
